To recognize their dedication and effort, KIDS Banking members in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade can earn $10 each quarter (up to $40 per year) by submitting their report card with the form below.

Report cards must be submitted no later than 30 days from issue.

To receive credit, report cards must be submitted through this form. Report cards will not be accepted through email or other methods.

*KIDS members in grades K-8 and in good standing can earn $10 every quarter when they present their report card within 30 days from the date the report card was issued (up to $40 per year). Funds will be deposited into the account within 60 days of submission.
