How to Get Assistance
During Business Hours
Call immediately if your First New York credit or debit card is lost, stolen, or has a fraudulent transaction.
Your card will be deactivated immediately. Come by any branch, and we will instantly issue you a new card. The charge for a lost replacement card is $10.
