E-Member Eligibility Requirements

First New York makes it easy for you to qualify as an e-member. We classify an e-member based on the services they use. To be eligible as an e-member, you must be someone who has the following services:

• Transaction account (also known as a checking account)
• Registered for E-Statements
• Active Visa® Debit Card
• Registered for First OnLine internet banking

It’s all FREE! When you use these services, you get enrolled as an e-member and are eligible for exclusive perks.

When you enroll in all of the credit union services above, First New York rewards you with exclusive perks. Here’s what you can enjoy as an e-member:

• Unlimited FREE ATM transactions at First New York ATMs
• 5 FREE non-First New York ATM withdrawals per month
• 1 overdraft transfer fee waived per month

Four Steps to Becoming an E-Member

Step 1: Have an FNY Transaction Account

Opening a First New York FCU Transaction Account is fast and easy! You can choose between an All Access Account or Choice Account. There are no hidden charges, and you receive a complimentary Visa® debit card.

Step 2: Register for E-Statements

Choose a greener way to bank! Enroll in e-statements and receive your bank statement electronically through First OnLine.

Step 3: Own an Active Visa® Debit Card

When you open a First New York transaction account, you’ll receive a complimentary Visa® Debit Card.

Step 4: Enroll in First OnLine
