When it comes to ensuring your financial success, First New York Federal Credit Union is always innovating and adding new services for you to use. One way we’ve done this is through our new First New York Visa Credit and Debit Card Controls.

You can now set up and enjoy new card controls features that allow you to create custom alerts that prevent, block, and notify you of transactions. Use First Online and our mobile app, First New York On-The-Go, to control your card’s settings.

If you have questions, refer to our Debt and Credit Card Controls Presentation. It will walk you through what you need to know and how to set up your card controls.

How to Use New Debit & Credit Card Controls

Use our step-by-step Credit Control Guide to get started. We suggest your save it as a PDF or print it. You can also walk-through all the steps below.
