However, assistance from a Member Service Specialist or personal service from a Live Teller is only available during hours of operation, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Operation hours may be subject to change due to holidays and closures. **Contact Center is available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. **Member satisfaction is important to us.
