How to Get Assistance
Call immediately if your First New York credit or debit card is lost, stolen, or has a fraudulent transaction.
Your card will be deactivated immediately. Come by any branch, and we will instantly issue you a new card. The charge for a lost replacement card is $10.

To change your address:
- Log in to First OnLine
- Visit a branch and complete a Change of Contact form
- Mail a signed, written request to any First New York branch
