Commercial Real Estate: Loans secured by commercial real estate, underwritten with emphasis on the borrower’s creditworthiness as well as conventional analysis of the property’s cash flow and debt service coverage.
- Loan Amount: $50,000 up to $5M
Equipment: Loans secured by equipment for terms commensurate with the useful economic life of the equipment for terms generally not to exceed 60 months. Whenever possible we will endeavor to hold specialized equipment as collateral.

Business Use Vehicles: Loans secured by vehicles specifically targeted for business usage, for terms commensurate with the useful economic life of the vehicle.
The Credit Union will apply all of the underwriting standards in this policy to business credit cards. The Credit Union has further chosen to limit the maximum dollar amount of any credit card account to $30,000.
The Credit Union will apply all of the underwriting standards in this policy to business lines of credit. The Credit Union has further chosen to limit the maximum dollar amount of any overdraft LOC account to $50,000.
The Credit Union will apply all of the underwriting standards in this policy to business overdraft lines of credit. The Credit Union has further chosen to limit the maximum dollar amount of any overdraft LOC account to $15,000.

Documentation Requirements for Applications
Business loan documentation requirements will vary from loan to loan, but at a minimum, the following should accompany each request to extend credit or increase an existing loan or line of credit.
- Complete paper loan application
- Submit recent personal financial statement for the borrower and all guarantors, if applicable.
