Upgrades are on the way! My First New York is a new and improved online and mobile banking experience from your favorite credit union!

Your Checklist

Monday, February 3, on or Before the End of Day:
Make any changes to: 

  • Scheduled recurring transfers
  • External account transfers
  • These services will be unavailable from February 4 through February 10.

Thursday, February 6, on or Before the End of Day
Make any changes to: 

  • Bill Pay services

Changes or additions to Bill Pay services will be unavailable from February 7 through February 10. Any payments already scheduled will be processed as usual. You can access your Bill Pay account again on February 11.

Monday, February 10
Online and mobile banking will be unavailable. 
Our Contact Center will be open for extended hours, 8 AM to 8 PM, on this day to assist you with your accounts. 

Tuesday, February 11
Starting at 9 AM, you can set up your account on the new First Online. All users who previously had access will be able to create their new accounts at:
